Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Epitome Workforce Optimisation Platform ("Platform") operated by Epitome Global Pte Ltd ("Epitome", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at security@epitome.global if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for workforce development, career assessment, competency evaluation, and learning purposes. You agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for its intended purposes
  • Provide truthful and accurate information in assessments and profile data
  • Not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Platform operations
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

4. Assessments and AI-Powered Features

The Platform uses AI services to analyse your assessment responses, parse CVs, generate career suggestions, and compute fit scores. These outputs are intended as decision support — they do not constitute employment decisions, professional advice, or guarantees of employment outcomes.

Assessment results reflect your responses at the time of completion and may change with repeated assessments. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and should be interpreted alongside professional judgement.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, assessments, frameworks, and content, is owned by Epitome Global Pte Ltd. You retain ownership of the personal data you provide. You grant Epitome a licence to process your data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of operating the Platform.

7. Learning Content

Courses, lessons, and learning materials available on the Platform are provided for educational purposes within the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit learning content without written permission from Epitome.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Epitome may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epitome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

In particular, Epitome does not guarantee employment outcomes based on assessment results, fit scores, or AI-generated recommendations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Epitome regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
